Owner Rachal Broadbent has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and has always had a vision of owning her own rent roll. After overseeing and increasing the rent roll with a former Real Estate agent for over 8 years Rachal decided to pursue her dream and purchase the rent roll in 2019.

From this Rachal has expanded her services from Leeton to Narrandera, (servicing both areas), growing the rent roll to a manageable size for her team. Being a local herself Rachal is involved with plenty of community and industry events supporting these events by sponsorship and time given.

Unlike other Real Estate agents Murrumbidgee Investment Services do not have portfolios, we control our rental properties by a job based system, allowing each staff member to control one or two areas involved in property management, this allows our staff to work on a capacity that is less demanding and more productive, which we believe delivers consistent and high quality management service standards to our clients and customers.
