PRE-APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Search and select Property via the following sites: this website, Domain.com.au or Murrumbidgee Investment Services Facebook page
- Drive past the property for location suitability
- All appointments will be conducted with a pre approved application
- We’ll meet you on-site, at the property, at the appointed time (please be on time)
- If you are unable to keep the appointment time, please contact our office in advance.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Complete one application form per person, children may be included on a parent or guardians application.
- Include copies of documents which may help to verify your application information provided by you.
- Provide and attach photocopies of documents required to meet 100 points of identification as the guide shows below. Please ask our staff if photocopying is needed.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR IDENTIFICATION CHECK
Submit one of the following:
- Passport or birth certificate
- Drivers license or proof of age card or other photo ID from government e.g student card
- 2 recent rent receipts, 2 recent pay advices, tenant ledger
- Car registration, rates notice, electricity account, bank/credit card statement, gas account, telephone account
– Please be aware Bond Transfers are NOT an option
– Make sure all pages are signed at the bottom to avoid longer turn around times
– If you require assistance to complete the form, please do not hesitate to ask for help
